Cara Warren, literacy specialist, has been awarded a professional development grant from the Susie Royer Syke Literacy Fellowship. Mrs. Warren will use the grant for course work that will enhance the literacy intervention program at Twain.
The Susie Royer Syke Literacy Fellowship was created in November of 2005 and its purpose is to fund small grants for certified teachers who wish to advance their understanding of best practices in their field. More information can be found at www.srslf.org.
